John G. Ladas, MD, PhD, FACS

John G. Ladas, MD, PhD, FACSDr. John G. Ladas is a Board-Certified/Fellowship trained Surgeon.  He earned his MD and PhD from the Georgetown University School of Medicine where he received a full tuition scholarship and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society.

He completed his Ophthalmology training at the Johns Hopkins/Wilmer Eye Institute and the UCLA-Jules Stein Eye Institute, ranked the number one eye hospital in the East and West by the U.S. News and World Report. He is on the faculty of the Wilmer Eye Institute as an Asst. Professor of Ophthalmology.

Pamela P. Cheung, MD

Pamela P. Cheung, MDDr. Pamela P. Cheung is a Board-Certified/Fellowship Trained Surgeon. She earned her MD from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her Ophthalmology Fellowship training in cornea and refractive surgery at the Johns Hopkins/Wilmer Eye Institute, ranked the number one eye hospital in the East by U.S. News and World Report. Before moving to the DC area she was on the faculty at the Edward S. Harkness Eye Institute as an Assistant Professor at Columbia University.

Stacy J. Bang, MD

Stacy J. Bang, MDDr. Stacy J. Bang is fellowship trained in Cornea/External Diseases and Refractive Surgery. She earned her MD and Masters of Public Health from George Washington University where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. She completed her ophthalmology residency training at Georgetown University/Washington Hospital Center. She then completed her fellowship training at Johns Hopkins University/Wilmer Eye Institute, ranked the number one eye hospital in the East by U.S. News and World Report. She is on the faculty at Georgetown University and an Attending Surgeon at the Washington National Eye Center. In addition, she has been involved in multiple international surgical teams to Guatemala to provide quality eye care and surgery for the country's underserved people.

Gregory J. Ladas, MD, FACS

Dr. Gregory J. Ladas has been in practice since 1973. He is Board-Certified and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a graduate of the Georgetown School of Medicine where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society.

He completed his residency training at the Washington National Eye Center where he served as Chief Resident and is currently an Emeritus Senior Attending Surgeon. His specialties include comprehensive ophthalmology with special interests in glaucoma and laser surgery. He has been voted one of the areas "top doctors" by Washingtonian Magazine and Washington Checkbook Magazine.

Kathleen Z. Ladas, MD

Dr. Kathleen Z. Ladas is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist who has been practicing in this area since 1974. A graduate of the Medical College of Pennsylvania, she has the honor of being the first female selected for ophthalmic residency at the Washington National Eye Center. She has held office as President of the Medical Society of Prince William County, VA. Her expertise is in comprehensive and diagnostic ophthalmology.

William D. O'Donnell, MD

Dr.William D. O'Donnell is a Board-Certified Opthalmologist who has been practicing since 1973. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Washington National Eye Center. He is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with special interest in low vision evaluation and treatment as well as complex contact lens fitting.
