Dr. Ladas has been in practice since 1973.  He is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  He is a graduate of the Georgetown School of Medicine where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. 

He completed his residency training at the Washington National Eye Center where he served as Chief Resident and is currently an Emeritus Senior Attending Surgeon.  His specialties include comprehensive ophthalmology with special interests in glaucoma and laser surgery.  He has been voted one of the areas "top doctors" by Washingtonian Magazine and Washington Checkbook Magazine.
